		<description>Good article.  I see another workforce trend emerging from the current global financial crisis.  Companies are more willing to augment SENIOR staff with supplemental employees - moreso than what they were willing to do in the past.  With business cycles quickening, and with business model and workforce resiliency becoming key success factors, companies are more comfortable with short-term investments in resources (12-18 months)to serve very specific project or advisory roles. Skill pools are also becoming more comfortable with this arrangement, especially those that are more senior.</description>
